About Total Balance
Total Balance Health and Fitness was first established in 2015 providing dietetic and personal training services to a number of locations. In 2018, Total Balanced moved into its own Movement Studio to provide a space for joyful movement, brave conversations and a welcoming environment.
Since opening the studio we have expanded the team to include a fitness instructor and personal trainer.
Total Balance Health and Fitness are committed to providing high-quality dietetic support, group fitness classes and individualised personal training. We strive to help you meet your health and fitness goals in a non-judgmental and compassionate way.
Meet the Team
Director, Dietitian & Personal Trainer
Charlotte is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Personal Trainer. She completed a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (1st Class Honours) at the University of the Sunshine Coast and also has completed a certificate III and IV in fitness.
Charlotte has many approaches in my 'dietetic toolbox' and understands that all individuals have differing needs. Charlotte is focused on providing weight-neutral support to help clients heal their relationship with food, create positive habits and learn to trust their bodies inner wisdom. She prides herself on empowering clients to make changes that are right for their body and works under the Non-Diet Approach and Health at Every Size (R) paradigms.
She is very passionate about health and fitness and offers a range of personal training options to meet your needs. Charlotte is a qualified pilates and boxing instructor and incorporates this into her sessions.
Receptionist, Boxing and Kickboxing Instruction
Amanda is our incredible receptionist and administration support who joined the team in 2018. She is passionate about all things health and fitness and strongly believes in the core values of Total Balance.
She is a Certified Punchfit Trainer & Kick Pad Instructor and is currently studying Certificate III & IV in Fitness through Fitness Institute, Australia. Amanda is focused on bringing self-confidence, self-compassion and fun through fitness plus getting you excited about making movement a part of your routine.
Her training style is based around Callisthenics and Plyometrics. Using your own body weight as a source of resistance to build strength plus increase power and speed. Amanda is passionate about cardiovascular endurance and setting goals helps her stay focused.
Amanda currently runs our Boxing and Kickboxing sessions for all ages and is available for couples and personalised boxing sessions for individuals.
